Tina Charpentier Receives Ragan’s Top Women in Communications Award


Tina Charpentier, Padilla executive vice president, Client Experience, is a Ragan’s Top Women in Communications Awards honoree, earning recognition in the Leader category. This list represents the women in communications whose dedication, drive and innovative ideas have made a positive impact on the communications industry and who are mentors to future generations.

As a member of Padilla’s senior leadership team, Tina has led through one of the most transformational periods in the firm’s history by implementing a strategic growth plan, and navigating difficult periods during the pandemic, social unrest, and economic uncertainty.

Her contributions to Padilla have directly impacted the company’s growth – both in driving strategic communications for clients and cultivating an inclusive workplace culture.

Tina is responsible for ensuring that clients from Padilla and its family of brands have access to its full range of capabilities, services and talent – applying agency best practices in strategy, planning, program execution and measurement.

Tina embodies Padilla’s commitment to DEI and community service through her work with various charitable organizations. Her leadership has extended to community board engagements and professional roles including YWCA Minneapolis, Make-A-Wish Minnesota, Youth Advantage, Worldcom and The PR Council’s SHEQUALITY Project.
