Padilla Hires New Healthcare Group Leader


Jen Dobrzelecki brings 25 years of leading integrated communications experience to the agency.

Jen Dobrzelecki has joined Padilla’s Healthcare Practice as senior vice president and Group Lead, serving as a senior counselor and member of the agency’s Senior Leadership Group. She brings her brand building and strategy, patient advocacy and issues management skills to help develop impactful communications strategies and solutions for clients. 

Jen’s experience includes leading integrated communications programs for some of the world’s largest and most innovative companies for over 25 years.

Before joining Padilla, Jen headed up Goodfuse (a GCI Group company), founded, built and led the New York office for Lewis Global Communications, served as the US head of M&C Saatchi PR and held leadership positions at Affect, Golin and CKPR. She has also been honored as one of PR News’ “Top Women in PR.”
