London-based comms consultancy Madano has appointed a new head of insights, and promoted the incumbent in that role to a new position.
Lee Gazey (pictured) has joined Madano as head of insights. He takes over the role from Gareth Morrell, who has been promoted to managing director, head of strategic capabilities.
Gazey has over 20 years of experience working in strategy, research, and consulting within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Before joining Madano, he worked in senior leadership roles at Ne:on Health, BCW, Hall & Partners and Flamingo Health.
In this new role, Gazey will report to Morrell and lead Madano’s insights practice, developing the agency’s data science capabilities and an AI-powered research co-pilot.
As managing director, head of strategic capabilities, Morrell is to lead integration across Madano’s insights, creative and digital practices.
Gazey said: “I’m thrilled to be joining Madano and continuing to develop groundbreaking products and solutions for our clients. My passion for combining technology and behavioural understanding fits perfectly with the strategic capabilities Madano already offers.
