The rigorous methodology behind the Best Workplace awards includes an anonymous Trust Index employee survey, as well as a thorough audit of the company’s HR and management policies. Great Place to Work® has previously recognised AXON in the areas of Best Workplaces™ for Women and Excellence in Wellbeing™.
