Tom Reynolds (pictured) has been appointed as Madano’s managing director for corporate and client growth.

Madano said the new MD role will support its aim to increase its annual revenue to £20m within the next five years.

Reynolds will be responsible for developing and leading strategic programmes focused on operational change, new business, client service and talent development.

Madano is owned by AVENIR GLOBAL, the Canadian holding company that includes Hanover and AXON in its network. This latest senior appointment follows the recent promotion of Michael Evans to the role of president and managing partner of both AVNIR GLOBAL’s healthcare comms agency, Cherry, and Madano.

Reynolds, who will report directly to Evans, said: “I absolutely loved the time I spent at Madano earlier in my career, and after five years away, now feels like the right time to be ‘boomeranging’ back. Taking on this new role presents an exciting challenge, and a unique opportunity to bring fresh thinking to a business I already know well. It feels great to be back, and I’m looking forward to working with many familiar faces as well new ones.”

Evans added: “Tom’s return is a testament to the enduring relationships and culture we foster here at Madano. In this new role, Tom will be instrumental in spearheading key initiatives to drive change as our business continues to grow, create new business opportunities and improve client service.

“His experience and skill set will be invaluable as we continue to nurture and develop the incredible talent that forms the backbone of Madano’s sustained growth. Welcome back, Tom.”
