Great Place to Work is the global authority on workplace culture – an independent organisation that surveys the workforce to understand what we are doing well, and where we can improve.
Each year we open ourselves up to anonymous feedback from our staff where they can tell us what they think – from our management team, to our culture, to our L&D programs to our wellbeing support, the survey covers all aspects of the employee journey. One of the most rewarding outcomes of the survey over the last 3 years is to see how the positive feedback has increased year on year.
