The move to a new office, company facilitated volunteering days, extra holidays and a focus of the development of management teams saw Cherry’s overall employee survey score increase by 7%. With only 105 Medium-sized businesses to win this accolade, Cherry is thrilled to have been recognised as Best Workplace in the UK, alongside their Best Workplace for Wellbeing award, and already working on ways to continue improving the employee experience even further.
